Organization Settings

On the 설정 > 조직 설정 screen, you can view the list of organizations you belong to, create a new organization, and edit or delete organization information. An organization is the unit used to manage users and resources.

1. Organization List

Enter an organization name or identifier in the search box at the top and press the [검색] button (or Enter) to display only the organizations that match the criteria. The [새로고침] button clears the search term and reloads the list.

Organization identifierThe organization slug. The currently selected organization is also shown with a 현재 badge.
Organization IDThe unique ID that identifies the organization internally within the system.
DescriptionThe organization description (shows 설명 없음 if none).
Time zoneThe organization's reference time zone. It serves as the time basis for reports and analytics.
Base currencyThe base currency used for revenue and cost calculations.
RoleYour role in the organization (Owner / Admin / User).
Created dateThe date the organization was created. This is a sortable column.
StatusThe organization status (Active / Suspended, etc.).
ActionsIcons for editing and deleting the organization (enabled based on your role).

In the Actions column, the edit (pencil) icon is available when you have Admin or higher permissions, and the delete (trash) icon is available only when you have Owner permissions. If you lack the permission, the icon is disabled and a guidance message is shown.

2. Creating an Organization

Press the 새 조직 생성 button at the top right of the screen to open the creation dialog.

Organization identifierA required field. Only lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens (-) may be used; it must be 3–24 characters and cannot start or end with a hyphen.
Organization descriptionAn optional field.
Time zoneThe reference time zone for reports and analytics.
Base currencyThe base currency for revenue and cost calculations.

If the input does not match the rules or the identifier is already in use, an error message is shown.

3. Editing an Organization

Press the edit icon in the list to open the edit dialog. The items you can edit are as follows.

Organization descriptionChanges the organization description.
Time zoneChanges the organization's reference time zone.
Base currencyDisplayed but cannot be changed (see below).
Organization statusChoose from ACTIVE / SUSPENDED / INACTIVE.

To maintain the integrity of the exchange-rate system, the base currency cannot be changed after it is first set. On the edit screen, the base currency field is shown in a disabled state.

4. Deleting an Organization

Press the delete icon in the list (Owner permission required) to open the deletion confirmation dialog. Deletion cannot be undone, and all of the organization's data is permanently removed. To prevent mistakes, you must enter the target organization's name exactly in the confirmation field for the delete button to become enabled.
