User Management
On the 설정 > 사용자 관리 screen, you can view user accounts within your organization and add new users or invite, edit, and delete existing users.
1. User List
Enter a name or email in the search box at the top and press the [검색] button (or Enter) to display only the users matching the criteria. The 상태 selection lets you filter users by status, and the [새로고침] button resets the search term and filters.
The status filter options are as follows.
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| All statuses | Displays users of all statuses. |
| Active (ACTIVE) | An account that is in normal use. |
| Suspended (SUSPENDED) | An account whose use has been suspended. |
| Dormant (DORMANT) | An account that has been switched to a dormant state. |
The columns of the list table are as follows.
| Column | Description |

| User information | The profile image, name, and email are displayed together. |
| Registration date | The date the user account was registered. |
| Status | Active / Suspended / Dormant status. |
| Actions | Icons for editing and deleting the user. |
2. Add / Invite User
Press the 사용자 추가 button at the top right of the screen to choose between two methods.
| Method | Description |
|---|---|
| Add new user | Creates a new account directly. |
| Invite existing user | Adds an already-registered user to the current organization. |
Add New User
Enter the following items in the Add New User dialog. All items are required.

| The user's email address. It must be in a valid email format. | |
| Name | The user's display name (nickname). |
| Password | Must be at least 8 characters. |
| Confirm password | Enter the same value as the password above. |
| Time zone | The user's reference time zone. |
Invite Existing User
In the Invite Existing User dialog, you search for a user registered by email and add them to the current organization.
- Enter the email of the user you want to invite and press the
[검색]button. - If a matching user exists, their name, email, and status are displayed.
- Select the role within the organization (User / Admin / Owner).
- Complete the invitation with the
조직에 추가button.
If no user registered by email is found or the user is already a member of the organization, a notification message is displayed.
3. Edit User
Press the edit (pencil) icon in the list to open the edit dialog. The editable items are as follows.

| Name | Changes the user's display name (nickname). This is a required field. |
| Status | Choose among Active / Suspended / Dormant. |
4. Delete User
Press the delete (trash) icon in the list to open the delete confirmation dialog. Deletion cannot be undone, and the user's data is permanently removed. To prevent mistakes, the delete button is enabled only after you enter the target user's name (nickname) exactly in the confirmation input field.
